Summer Stay Cool Herbal Menopause Brew Recipe:


  • 1 cup of Fresh Mint leaves 🍃

  • 1 tbsp of hibiscus/sorrel 🌺

  • 1 tbsp of fresh lime 🍋‍🟩 juice

  • 32 to 64 oz of water 💦


Step 1. Add all ingredients to your blender and extract, then strain into a holding beverage jar.


Step 2. Pour 8 ounces over ice up to 3x’s a day without adding any sugar.


Step 3. Avoid all added sugars to your nutrition during this time.
